I found Jeannie off a sign, house was sold, yet her conversation with me made me comfortable and I explained what I needed.
As she looked so did i. I had looked at this house previously, twice, neither agent seemed interested, said ... yea yea i know, don't worry about it. Rock falls requires a elec. Inpection. Plus they only cared for my name, first name. The house was a final for a divorce, so to many hands involved, I know that creates problems! She had me sign before I visited, had all day if I wanted to be there.. She was very knowledgeable of the house, got excited with me about gutting and creating, encouraged an inspection (rayons an issue with a lime stone foundation) and PROMISED she'd be there for every, EVERYthing thru the process, and SHE WAS, expecially with the unknown things to me. I feel I was the winner in negotiations with my cash offer, never would have happened with out her. She attended my closing, remember she promised to be there all the way with me. It didn't end there ... she stopped to see progress on gutting, checked in and asked how things were going, and was excited about my walls down, rooms reconfigured, and lofts I'm putting in. Shes simply amazing. None of her efforts reflected the small amount of her end of the purchase, it was all about me. Im now starting drywall, and enrolled in classes to be a realitor, all because of Jeannie , an awsome realitor, mentor and now friend. I can't imagine anyone not choosing her to guide them to their home.. Shes an 11 out of 10. Stop right here and give her a call, she'll be the easiest and best part of your home journy!
Did an amazing job with helping my daughter find her own place!
I did a lot of the walk thrus with them. Was honest about the conditions of homes that were not up to par! No hidden flaws! Closing was great as she 'fights' for you to pay as little as possible at closing! Would definitely work with her if I were to need a new home!
